New 7in - Holy Cobras - Feed Yr Head b/w May You Be Free To Roam - Holy Cobras hail from Ottawa, Canada do the lo-fi repetitive psych punk thing amazingly well. There's (sometimes backwards) guitar, a hypnotic rhythm section, and psychedelic texture and tape manipulation galore on this slabe. It's apparently their debut vinyl release on Telephone Explosion and it's a ripper that'll absolutely appeal to fans of psychedelic warlords such as Wooden Shjips, Lumerians, and Loop. It's limited to 500 copies and includes a download code and comes with our highest recommendation. Yet another contender for single of the year, here.
